Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensing: able to obtain an Alaska state license as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within 6 months of hire for clinicians who are relocating, and 2 years for pre-licensed clinicians. 

• Strong clinical skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.

• Have experience providing trauma informed care or willing to obtain additional training such as EMDR,  DBT, or other evidenced based modalities. 

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Willingness and ability to accept constructive feedback and make adjustments in communication, documentation, or interventions as deemed necessary.

• Attend case consultation meetings once per month.
